Drawing on his experience as a group practice owner, supervisor, and former Director of Clinical Training, Dr. Todd Raymond Avellar provides ongoing consultation in clinical work, practice management, financial strategy, and the logistics of building a successful private practice. Providers have direct access to guidance for navigating challenges, refining their therapeutic identity, and developing the skills needed for long-term stability and success.

We're Looking For:
We are currently seeking part-and full-time independently contracted (1099) therapists to provide outpatient psychological evaluations and psychotherapy. You will be offered an ongoing stream of clients with a range of presenting concerns, and we will support you to cultivate your own specialized caseload.

Licensed Psychologists (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)

Licensed Psychiatrists (MD or DO)

Licensed Clinical Therapists, including but not limited to:

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)

Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)

Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)

Other allied mental health therapists

Postdoctoral Fellows or early-career clinicians under supervision
Qualified candidates will have completed an APA-accredited doctoral program in counseling, clinical, or school psychology, or a license in an MA-level applied psychology degree, or hold a degree in psychiatric medicine. The ideal candidate possesses demonstrable experience working with adults or teens older than 15 for individual, couples, and/or with running groups.
Preference will be given for providers who have specific areas of expertise. Including, but not limited to:

Gottman-trained marital and couples therapy

OCD and ERP-based treatments

ADHD and executive functioning concerns

Creating and facilitating skills-based virtual psychotherapy groups
